You should also drink more of water to consume less food and lose fat quickly.  Water has the capacity to make you feel full.  Hence you should drink water several times during your meal so that you will not eat belly-full and gain more fat.

As one of the steps to lose fat quickly, you should reduce your beverage consumption.  Beverages like coffee and tea may not contribute much to your fat increase but the cream and sugar in them may do the damage.  If you are fond of these beverages, it is better to drink them black and without sugar.  Green tea is a very good option because it is a very good antioxidant that may help you in fighting free radicals.

You should also stop consuming foods that contain bad carbohydrates.  The main foods that you should avoid are those made out of white flour, processed flour, sweets, candies, ice creams and all those that are prepared with white sugar.  You should also stop having fizzy drinks like bottled drinks, sugary sodas and even fruit juices that contain sugar.  Eating of fruits bestows more benefits than drinking fruit juices.  If you wish to have fruit juices, you can have them without sugar or sugary syrup.
