Losing Beer Belly Within a Week and Keeping it Off
lose beer belly
The dreaded beer belly can hit anyone at anytime and unfortunately men seem to lose it quicker than women. There are two options however on losing a beer belly quickly and keeping it off.
Beer is made from grain which in turn is full of carbohydrates that store in our body mainly on our tummies. That is why a lot of low carbohydrate diets insist on not drinking beer and instead reverting to other drinks. If you have a beer belly that you want to lose then you have two options.
The first option is to give up beer altogether. A shame to do this really as having a beer after work or with friends at the weekend is a nice relaxing thing to do. You could always swap your main drink to another. Perhaps wine or Vodka but if you do not like them then you could end up a social misfit and sitting at home alone.
The second option is to simply burn the effects of beer off and this can be done with an all over body workout. Not only will an all over body workout help with losing beer belly but it will also tone up other areas of your body and increase your energy as well.
An all over body workout will help to raise the metabolism and therefore get energy flowing through all of your body. You will feel energetic after the work out and able to continue with your normal working day or visit your mates down the pub for a drink.
One word of warning here though. You may be tempted to skip the all over body workout in favor of exercises that just concentrate on the beer belly. This is a big mistake of which you will see no results.
Doing stomach exercises alone will only help to tone the muscles up in your belly, but if these muscles are hidden by the layer of fat that is your beer belly then you will never see the results. It will be be like putting a blanket over all your hard work.
If you get rid of the beer belly first with an all over body work out, this is sufficient enough however you could go on even further to tone the stomach muscles and have a set of sexy six pack abs.
The best part about this plan of action is the results are something that can last a long time and not just for the summer season.
So to recap what we have learnt:
* Losing beer belly has two options. Giving up the beer or implementing an all over body work out.
* It is not possible to lose a beer belly by just doing stomach exercises alone, an all over body work out is needed.
